Martha and I have joined the Bakos for a spur of the moment three day golfing getaway. Nick had reserved a beautiful and spacious two bedroom suite at the Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville, MI. Located in the NW corner of lower Michigan, it is an area that we have not previously enjoyed. So far we have been blessed with amazing weather and vistas of the surrounding golf resort. Wow!! What a beautiful place!! These pictures have the most green grass I have seen since leaving Canada last week. We need rain bad and it looks like northern US and Southern Ontario have been getting plenty.
My first thought when I looked at the golfing pictures was the Ryder Cup. Not only was the tournament held in Kentucky but we were fortunate to have a couple of Kentuckians playing in that tournament. Who knows, maybe with some practice I will be watching you guys on TV someday!
Hope you are enjoying the time away. I can gain 5 lbs just checking out Tom’s pictures of the food. I hope all are enjoying the time together keep those pictures coming.
