Happy Easter Everyone!
What a lovely day we had today. Jackie came home for the weekend and Irene was out for the day. The weather was nice enough for us to sit out on the patio and enjoy the babble of the bubbling rock, listen to the many song birds in the trees, sip a cold Corona and puff on a Cuban Montecristo.


We had a hardy roast of beef, asperagras and baby carrots topped off with a coconut bunny cake and an icecream nest of Chamborg soaked berries.
Martha and Jackie made a bunny cake
