Hi there. Today I had a family brunch to celebrate Christmas before we all left to go to Chatham. I served a fabulous dish, “smoked salmon and potato breakfast casserole” and made a cappuccino ice-cream cake for dessert. If anyone wants the recipe I’ll gladly share it (Dec 2002 Bon Appetit).
