Tonight at 9:45pm Jean called to announce the birth of another Grandbaby, Rylyn Sloan Robinson, baby daughter to Teresa and Rhett. She arrived after 36 hours of labour and finally by c-section in Fairbanks Alaska. She is 10lb 6oz 22 inches long with a full head of dark hair. Mom, dad and daughter are doing fine. Jean and Bill will fly up on Saturday.

Thank you for the posting – I was wondering how our Fairbanks’side of the family were coming along. Hope Jean takes a few pictures. Glad Teresa is doing well. She must be soooooo tired
Rhett sent me a few pics from Bassett Army Hospital in Fairbanks and I have posted them on the Album. Jean and I are heading for Alaska Saturday. We have reserved a room for Friday night in Louisville and catching the shuttle to the airport Saturday. It’s about the same price to rent a room for the night and leave your car in their lot for the week as it is to pay parking at the airport and hopefully this may shorten the long trip a bit. I can’t wait to get hold of my newest grandbaby.

Dearest Rylyn, You are the cutest little thing with your round face and dark hair. You look like your daddy I think. Teresa what a whoping big baby you had. I am sure she will be a very intelligent lady when she starts in life. As I look at her and look back at you I wonder how in the world she ever fit in side of you?
