It’s report card crunch again and this year Martha was forced to change to a different report card program. The new program has a very steep learning curve, but it’s claimed to be so much better. She just doesn’t have time to learn all the advanced functions (recently released to the teachers). No in house training provided, just instructions to the teachers to get comfortable with it. 
It was so much faster for her (ages ago) when they wrote report cards out in long-hand.

Dear Martha,
Ah. The old “How can we make this the most complicated barrier to communication” problem. Many people have been paid many dollars to keep that question alive.
Good News: Martha got her report cards finished to hand in on time today.
Bad News: She worked through the night till 6am this morning to complete them… then went to school for her day job.
