Well Mom has been having more falls again (3 in May, 3 in April). She just about gets healed up and then she stumbles in her room and tears her skin again. The head nurse (Theresa) had a little chat with her and asked her if she ever considered buying a wheelchair :( I believe it was a small hint or preparation for Mom’s inevitable purchase maybe this autumn/winter? (Mom’s not ready yet for that) She has really noticed a decrease in her abilities but wishes to remain walking as long as possible.

Mom doesn’t write too much any more, but she does call, and every time she sounds really good. She talked a little about a wheel chair, and about how she’d keep walking as long as she could – even if it was just a little. It’s nice to see the pictures – it seems as though it keeps me a little more in touch. Thanks.
